The 2nd Employment Fair, organized on December 11, 2025, in collaboration between Dalaman Vocational School and Dalaman Civil Aviation School, was held at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University's Dalaman Campus, bringing together students and industry representatives.Thirty companies operating in various fields such as aviation, logistics, foreign trade, and accounting opened booths at the fair and held one-on-one meetings with students. Students had the opportunity to meet with the companies' human resources officials, learn about industry expectations, and discover various career opportunities. In this context, the event was attended by THY, Tantur & TUI, Libero, Diana, MTS Globe, Jet2, Sancak, Unifree, YDA, Çelebi, Havaş, Fugo, Acarlar, Skytanking/Prime Flight Company, Ekol Logistics, Önel Customs Consultancy, Alfa Group Customs Consultancy, IGT Project, SMMM Hüseyin Ertuğrul, SMMM Ceren Solakoğlu, SMMM Selen Solakoğlu Yılmaz, Paterna Group, Garenta, THK Ortaca, GSB Dalaman Youth Center, KOSGEB, İŞKUR, TATCA (Turkish Air Traffic Controllers Association), Netlog Logistics, and Vienna Life, among other leading companies in the sector, participated in the event, offering our students a wide and high-quality range of career opportunities.
At the event, some companies conducted one-on-one interview simulations with students, providing valuable feedback on what to pay attention to during the interview process, how to express themselves more effectively, and how to prepare for a professional interview. This allowed students to experience a real job interview in advance, giving them the opportunity to take a strong step forward in their career journey.
The event was attended by Dalaman District Governor Mesut YAKUTA, numerous company representatives, and executives. Participants emphasized that such organizations, which bring the industry and the university together, are of great importance for both students and the business world. Company executives stated that the continuity of employment fairs makes an important contribution to reaching qualified workforce.
Dalaman Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ozan Kaya and Dalaman Civil Aviation School Director Prof. Dr. Aytekin Fırat stated that the fair will continue to grow each year and support students' career planning. The event, which attracted great interest from students, created a productive platform for developing mutual cooperation opportunities. At the end of the event, the College Directors visited the company stands and presented certificates of appreciation to the participating companies.
