The students who successfully completed the Model Aircraft Training—organized in collaboration between the Turkish Aeronautical Association (THK) and Dalaman Vocational School (MYO) received their certificates at a ceremony. A special certification ceremony was held for trainees taking their first steps into aviation after completing the training program at the Dalaman MYO. The event was attended by Cengiz Şatır, President of the THK Ortaca Branch, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ozan Kaya, Director of Dalaman MYO, along with numerous guests and students.
"We Continue to Spread Aviation Culture"
Speaking at the ceremony, THK Ortaca Branch President Cengiz Şatır expressed his satisfaction with the youth's interest in aviation, stating:
"As the Turkish Aeronautical Association, our goal is to inspire a love for aviation in our youth and instill this discipline in them. I believe that our young brothers and sisters receiving their certificates here today will achieve much greater things in the skies in the future."
Academic Support and Practical Training
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ozan Kaya, Director of Dalaman MYO, emphasized that the university always supports such social and technical activities. He highlighted that the model aircraft training significantly enhances students' manual skills and technical vision.
