The "Patriotism and Heroism Gathering" event, organized in collaboration with Dalaman Vocational School and Dalaman Civil Aviation College, was held on December 15, 2025, at the Dalaman Civil Aviation College Conference Hall.
The guest speaker at the event, which was organized to strengthen the sense of national unity and solidarity, keep historical memory alive, and bring young generations together with our heroes, was Mr. Süleyman Çetin, a veteran of the Cyprus War.
The event was attended by our academic and administrative staff and a large number of our students. Starting at 1:30 p.m., Veteran Süleyman Çetin shared his memories of the Cyprus Peace Operation, the importance of love for the homeland, and the difficulties experienced during that period with our students.
The talk ended with students asking questions they were curious about, followed by the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to Mr. Süleyman Çetin by the Director of Dalaman Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ozan KAYA, in memory of the day.
